Job summary

The HT Group has a long-standing client in Austin, TX, seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with pick and pack orders, ship orders, and handle shipments.

Schedule: M-F 7-4, optional OT Saturday 7-12; Pay Rate: $18.50/hr; Contract-to-hire.

Responsibilities include loading trucks up to 30lbs, assembling daily orders, pulling and packing, scanning, shipping, and monitoring production flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of shipping, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
• Dependable worker with great attendance record.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written instructions.
• Able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with boxes up to 30lbs
• Assemble daily orders, working at different stations as production requires
• Assist with general order fulfillment, including pulling and picking items
• Scan, pack, unpack, and ship items
• Monitor flow of product to ensure a seamless production process
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
