Job summary

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate in New Braunfels, TX. You will print, organize, and prepare customer orders, review information for accuracy, and coordinate shipping documentation and labels.

Candidates with warehouse experience and basic computer skills are encouraged. The role offers overtime opportunities, a climate-controlled facility, and a full-time schedule Monday to Friday. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, distribution, manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with shipping software, handheld scanners, or inventory systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Print, organize, and prepare customer orders and labels for the picking team.
• Review order information for accuracy and identify special shipping requirements.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
• Use shipping software, handheld scanners, and inventory-management systems.
• Coordinate order priorities with warehouse leadership and communicate them to the picking and packing teams.
• Assist with picking errors, inventory discrepancies, and replenishment needs that affect order completion.
• Communicate with Customer Service regarding order questions and special shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and carriers to support timely pickups and shipments.
• Support freight and export shipment processing as assigned, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and communicate delays or unresolved issues.
• Assist with verifying, labeling, and staging outgoing products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organizing orders, solving problems, and working with others in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in shipping, warehousing, distribution, inventory, picking, packing, order processing, fulfillment, or warehouse customer support—especially in a high-volume operation such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Walmart, or a similar facility—are encouraged to apply.

You’ll play an important role in keeping customer orders moving accurately and efficiently by preparing order documents, supporting the picking team, and coordinating shipping information. If you take pride in accurate work, clear communication, and meeting deadlines, we’d like to meet you.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Previous experience in shipping, distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with shipping software, handheld scanners, or inventory systems is preferred.
• Infor SyteLine experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing orders, product information, and shipping documents.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience is a plus but is not required.

Work Environment and Schedule

• Overtime Opportunities: Your shift may be extended or reduced based on customer demand, including on Saturdays. Any schedule changes will be communicated during your shift.
• Climate-Controlled Facility: Temperatures are generally maintained between 60°F and 90°F in most work areas.
• Relaxed Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for warehouse work. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• This position involves working in an active, fast-paced shipping and warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds using safe material-handling practices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely use equipment required for the position after appropriate training.
• Ability to work in areas where temperatures may vary.
