Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring for a hands-on warehouse role in Michigan. You will handle inventory, pick and pack orders, and coordinate with Dashers while maintaining safety and a positive team environment.

This position requires good communication, reliability, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Roles include various shifts (including overnight) with competitive pay, benefits starting Day 1 for full-time employees, and opportunities for career advancement within DashMart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage, administrative, healthcare or similar industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory receiving and management: Accurately receive and stock inventory, safeguard against loss or theft, monitor quality and rotate stock.
• Pick, pack and sort: Scan packages, pick and stage orders, and hand off to Dashers.
• Delight customers: Communicate clearly with customers through the app when substitutions are needed.
• Warehouse organization and safety: Maintain a safe environment and keep warehouse tidy per safety standards.
• Be a team player: Contribute to a positive environment and align with company values.
• Runner/Dasher coordination: Guide Runners and Dashers to pickup locations and manage parking lot traffic.
• Food preparation: Assist in light preparation of hot and/or cold foods where applicable.
