Les Schwab Tire Centers in Wyoming is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to install and balance tires, service TPMS, and assist customers with purchases and services. You will perform tire-related maintenance and coordinate with the team to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced store environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including TPMS calibration.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/ Emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Operate and maintain service equipment following company policies.
