Job summary

Burger King Houston is hiring entry-level Team Members to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will help with taking orders, processing payments, and preparing food in a clean, safe environment.

You will work across front counter and drive-thru, with opportunities to learn multiple stations and advance within the restaurant. Training is provided, and reliable transportation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address issues.
• Operate cashier or POS systems and upsell where appropriate.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Clean dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Stock inventory as needed.
• Work across multiple stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintain punctual attendance on shifts.
• Follow uniforms and grooming standards.
• Resolve restaurant issues professionally and collaboratively.
• Communicate effectively with customers, peers and managers.
