Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a bustling kitchen; knife skills a plus.
• Able to stand/walk 3+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Illinois applicants: food safety certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations as directed by a Shift Leader or Manager.
• Adhere to health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Operate cash register and handle cash handling procedures.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders by phone.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
