Cook Out is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team at our Virginia Beach location. You will work side-by-side with your crew to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced QSR setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant experience is a major plus!).
• Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers.
• Fast-paced setting; you must be able to multitask under pressure.
• Proven track record of coaching and training successful employees.
