Cook Out is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to lead a busy, fast-paced team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will work hands-on with staff across front counter, grill, and dining areas, driving excellence in service and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience (Restaurant experience is a major plus!).
• Ability to lead a large team and interact effectively with customers.
• A fast-paced setting where you can multitask under pressure.
• Proven track record of coaching and training successful employees.
