Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients including chopping, slicing, portioning, and marinating.
• Follow kitchen recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain organized prep stations and properly store ingredients.
• Assist line cooks with food preparation during busy service periods.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained.
• Rotate and label food items according to kitchen procedures.
• Support the kitchen team with additional prep or closing tasks as needed.
