BuyWander seeks an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our Minneapolis (Plymouth), MN warehouse. This full-time, high-energy role focuses on fast, accurate order picking, verification, and ready-for-pickup processing in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities emphasize high-speed order running and customer service—greeting customers, keeping the fulfillment area organized, and assisting with carryouts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced or physically demanding environment preferred but not required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to move quickly and sustain high-energy work throughout the shift.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
• Ability to operate smartphone and Bluetooth scanner.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• High-Speed Order Running: quickly claim, grab, verify, and deliver customer orders.
• Customer Service: greet customers, keep fulfillment area clean, answer questions and direct inquiries to a supervisor.
