Qualifications

• Temperatures near or below freezing in work areas
• Lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 lbs
• Work with sharp knives or cutting tools
• Ability to work 50+ hours per week
• Standing 8–10 hours daily, 6 days a week

Responsibilities

• Use knives, steel, and hooks to perform tasks
• Keep knives sharp and ask for assistance as needed
• Operate heavy equipment
• Bag and box product
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Work hands-on at high speed and lift 50+ lbs
• Maintain clean work areas and follow food safety protocols
• Inspect meat or meat products and/or packaging
• Notify supervisor of hazards
• Other duties as assigned
