Speedpack Express in South Florida is hiring a full-time Logistics Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator for our in-office, hands-on operation. The role requires organization, comfort with technology, and the ability to make good decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You will coordinate time-sensitive courier shipments, assign work to drivers, monitor active deliveries, and handle operational issues as they arise, while communicating with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers, routes, and deadlines.
• Determine the best available driver for each assignment.
• Communicate job instructions and updates to drivers.
• Monitor shipment photos, paperwork, and proof of delivery.
• Handle delays, failed attempts, route changes, and other exceptions.
• Maintain accurate job information in Speedpack's dispatch system.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Prioritize multiple time-sensitive situations simultaneously.
