Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs multiple times per shift.
• Stands 100% of shift and works in a hot, damp environment.
• Able to read a kitchen display monitor from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse foods and follow specific prep procedures and plate presentation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks on schedule.
• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain flow, control costs and accommodate guest mods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Follow recipes to deliver high-quality products to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and rotate stock to par.
• Communicate ticket times and potential issues with manager and servers.
• Complete prep work to stock stations and set up as needed.
• Break down and clean stations at end of shift per HOH Cleaning Program.
