This fast-paced role requires standing for long shifts, lifting up to 70 lbs, and working nights, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and you must be able to read a kitchen display

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred.
• Lifts and carries up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves.
• Stands 100% of shift.
• Works in damp, hot work environment.
• May use slicers or kitchen machinery.
• Able to read a kitchen display monitor from 4 feet.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of food, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen.
• Uses Kitchen Display System (KDS) to manage orders and flow of service.
• Communicates with managers and servers about ticket times and issues.
• Ensures proper rotation of products and par stocks.
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift.
