Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Able to stand 100% of shift and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to read a kitchen display monitor from 4 feet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods with diverse methods and adhere to recipes and plating standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.
• Utilize the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to maintain service flow and meet guest modifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent products are delivered to guests.
• Communicate ticket times and potential issues with management and servers.
• Complete prep to stock and set up stations as needed.
• Break down and clean stations at shift end.
