Domino’s Line Cooks are dedicated to food safety and proper handling of the products used to cook a customer’s perfect meal in a fast-paced environment. Cooks must adapt as business needs shift and follow Domino’s specifications to ensure quality.

Successful candidates will be team players with excellent time management and a commitment to safe food handling, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Basic food safety handling and hygiene knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Able to read a computer screen and memorize topping/product codes.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed.
• Know Domino’s recipes and specs.
• Check makeline and cut table for readiness at the start of each shift.
• Check temperatures of refrigeration units and bins.
• Work in an assembly line configuration to assemble pizzas and other products.
• Re-date products moved to in-use status and restock makeline as needed.
• Communicate with station teammates and report hazards or maintenance needs.
