Job summary

Mambo Seafood Restaurants is hiring a Cook for our high-volume Houston-area kitchens. You will follow recipes, ensure timely plateups, maintain sanitation, and support a fast-paced service line.

Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, at least 17 years old, ability to read simple English, and a Food Handler Certificate. Spanish is a plus; prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We offer competitive pay, flexible hours, and benefits.

• Ensures orders leave the kitchen with high quality and on time.
• Sets up workstation and rotates food products properly.
• Stocks inventory and supports overall kitchen operations.
