Mambo Seafood is seeking a Cook for its Houston operation to join a high-volume, iconic restaurant brand. The Cook will follow company recipes, portions, and cooking methods while supporting timely, high-quality dish preparation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for training and development and flexible scheduling. Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Food Handler Certificate required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a welcoming and professional attitude with coworkers.
• Practices Company food quality principles.
• Cooks various foods according to recipes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures orders leave the kitchen high quality and on time.
• Sets up and maintains sufficient workstation inventory.
• Rotates and stores food items properly.
• Follows food safety and sanitation standards.
