Responsibilities

• Prepare Food Items: Assist with preparing menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Maintain Clean Workstations: Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and prep stations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift. Help maintain food production during busy periods by assisting with prep work, assembling menu items, and restocking ingredients.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment and prevent cross-contamination. Assist with stocking, rotating, and organizing ingredients using proper FIFO practices to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Work as Part of a Team: Communicate with teammates and leaders to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently.
