Assist with preparing menu items using recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils, and prep stations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift.
Help maintain food production during busy periods by assisting with prep work, assembling menu items, and restocking ingredients.
Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure a safe kitchen environment and prevent cross-contamination.
Assist with stocking, rotating, and organizing ingredients using proper FIFO practices to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Communicate with teammates and leaders to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently.
This role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift while working with kitchen equipment and food preparation areas. Team members may regularly lift or move 10–25 pounds.
