Responsibilities

• Follow Wingstop standards to ensure high-quality food and sanitation.
• Work calmly and efficiently to complete tasks.
• Create a positive guest experience with every visit.
• Maintain safe cooking procedures at all times.
• Review order tickets quickly and accurately.
• Count Wings and Fries per order with accuracy.
• Coordinate cooking times and timers for wings and fries.
• Sauce, season, and package all orders per Wingstop standards.
• Accurately count cooked wings into sauce bowls and containers.
• Cook wings and fries using proper fryers and baskets.
• Refresh fryer shortening daily with proper safety procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean throughout the shift and at close.
• Report safety or sanitation issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist teammates as needed and follow supervisor directions.
• Understand and follow hygiene and food handling practices.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Raise issues to supervisors when needed.
• Suggest ideas to improve operation efficiency.
• Represent the Wingstop brand professionally at all times.
