Mia's Italian Kitchen is seeking a friendly busser to set, maintain and clear tables promptly, support service stations by restocking flatware, glassware and plateware, and assist with water refills.

Duties include delivering dishes by guest name, expediting of food when needed, and working under pressure with strong organization and communication.

Basic English required; reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a busser or food runner is preferred, but not required.
• Must speak basic English.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Must possess verbal communication skills to relay basic information.
• Must be dependable, reliable and driven with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Set, maintain and clear tables in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
• Supports the service staff by restocking service stations, polishing and restocking flatware, glassware, and plateware, and assisting with table maintenance and water refills.
• Delivers dishes to guests in a timely and efficient manner, using their proper names upon delivery.
• Assist with expedition of food when an expediting chef or manager is not in the window.
