Qualifications

• Previous experience as a busser or food runner is preferred, but not required.
• Must speak basic English.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
• Must possess organizational, time management and sales skills.
• Must have verbal communication skills to relay basic information.
• Must be dependable, reliable and driven with minimal supervision.
• Must have high awareness, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Must be effective and efficient at multi-tasking in pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Sets, maintains and clears tables in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
• Supports the service staff by restocking service stations, polishing and restocking flatware, glassware, and plateware, and assisting with table maintenance and water refills.
• Delivers dishes to guests in a timely and efficient manner, using their proper names upon delivery.
• Assist with expedition of food when an expediting chef or manager is not in the window.
