Job summary

Aerotek is hiring assemblers for a contract-to-hire role in Post Falls, ID. Shift runs Monday to Thursday from 5am to 3:30pm, starting immediately. You will assemble small mechanical and electronic parts using hand tools and follow schematics to ensure accurate assembly.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. This onsite position offers weekly pay and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble small mechanical and electronic parts using hand tools.
• Follow schematics, drawings, and part lists for accurate assembly.
• Produce a high volume of parts with quality.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily output.
• Stand for the duration of the shift and perform hands-on assembly.
• Handle parts and tools safely and keep the area organized.
• Collaborate with team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Demonstrate reliability and strong attendance.
