Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Associate in Boise, ID for a day shift. The role focuses on operating automated manufacturing equipment for electronic assembly and PCB production, loading materials, and maintaining quality through blueprint-based work.

You will document production steps using computer systems and participate in continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and solid teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience helpful.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• Detail-oriented with good teamwork and communication.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment used in electronic assembly and PCB production.
• Load materials, monitor equipment performance, and perform basic machine adjustments.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Complete production documentation accurately using computer systems.
• Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
