Round Bagels & Donuts in Wilmington, NC, is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to thrive in a high-volume environment. You will execute the grill station quickly and accurately, manage multiple orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout service.

We value speed, efficiency, and a strong team player who communicates well and stays organized during rushes. This is not an entry-level role; reliability and teamwork are essential every shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional grill/cooking experience preferred.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent references required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the grill station at a very fast and efficient pace.
• Handle high ticket volume while maintaining accuracy and food quality.
• Manage multiple orders and cook times simultaneously.
• Maintain awareness of ticket flow and communicate effectively with the line.
• Keep the grill station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
• Complete prep and restocking as needed.
• Work cooperatively with other team members during busy service.
• Step in and assist other stations when needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during stressful rushes.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work.
