Eaton Foods is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to maintain a safe, clean kitchen and deliver quality food and service in a fast-paced setting. You will work with a team to keep displays stocked, handle inventory, and ensure food safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Knife skills and restaurant experience are a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain foodservice displays fully stocked for business needs.
• Manage inventory of prepared ingredients with proper temps and shelf-life.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating.
• Set up, break down, sanitize, and maintain clean prep stations.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective communication.
• Adhere to uniform, hygiene, and appearance standards.
• Support opening and closing duties and end-of-shift cleaning.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas.
