Eaton Foods in Adelanto, CA is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to join our fast-paced store operations. You will help prepare and serve high-quality food, maintain clean prep stations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency. You will handle opening/closing duties, assist with inventory, cash handling, and follow all food-handling guidelines. 18+ with Serv-Safe a plus; probation period applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs.
• Strong teamwork and punctuality skills.
• Able to read, write and speak basic English.
• Able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers.
• Maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs.
• Manage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring temperature and shelf-life guidelines.
• Ensure food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products.
• Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team.
• Adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards.
• Support opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas.
• Follow safety and security standards diligently.
