Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery.
• Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave.
• Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items.
• Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas.
• Assist with running beverages as needed.
• Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
