Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a friendly Food Runner to support our vibrant dining team. You will deliver orders from kitchen to table, set up front-of-house items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room in a fast-paced resort environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience, strong organizational and guest service skills, good English communication, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and endure outdoor elements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Food Runner experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders and guests required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of orders from kitchen to table in a timely manner.
• Sets up front of house side food and beverage items for service.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
