Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare food items, and assist with transactions as part of a friendly, fast-paced team at our New Jersey stores. The role emphasizes delivering great service and maintaining clean, inviting shelves and spaces.

As part of the Wawa team, you’ll support customers with purchases, fuel and gift card activation, and age-verification when needed, while upholding safety and store standards.

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash.
