Wawa is looking for a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare fresh food items, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will handle payments, activate fuel/gift cards, and assist with age-restricted product checks, while contributing to a fast-paced team.

This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and teamwork. As part of the Wawa team, you’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and the store is inviting, with responsibilities that include daily housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policies and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
