Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare items, and manage transactions in a fast-paced environment. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities include food prep, cash handling, fuel/gift card activation, lottery ID checks, and ensuring shelves and stations are well-stocked and safe. A team-oriented mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following policy and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and more.
