Salem’s Fresh Eats in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Crew Member to join a fast-paced team. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and help prepare and assemble menu items while keeping service quick and friendly.

This hands-on role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and energy, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth. You’ll learn food-safety standards and support the whole operation from opening to closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred).
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Florida SafeStaff certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas — front, back, and drive-thru.
• Stock supplies and complete opening or closing tasks.
• Always follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support teammates to keep service quick, accurate, and friendly.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
