Salem's Fresh Eats in Lakeland, FL is hiring for Crew Members across Polk County locations. This hands-on role supports front and back of house, delivering friendly service, fast orders, and clean, well-organized work areas.

You will greet guests, prepare and serve menu items to standard, stock supplies, and follow food-safety guidelines. Growth opportunities exist with training, and schedules are flexible for reliable team players.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age (18+ preferred).
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Florida ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas front, back, and drive-thru.
• Stock supplies and complete opening or closing tasks.
• Always follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support teammates to keep service quick, accurate, and friendly.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
