Salem’s Fresh Eats in St. Petersburg is hiring for all Pinellas County locations as a Crew Member. You’ll work across front and back of house to greet guests, assemble orders, and keep service fast and friendly.

Join a hands-on team focused on quality, speed, and cleanliness. We value reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude, with opportunities for training and growth in a supportive culture. No experience required; 16+ age, flexible schedules, weekend shifts, and paid training.

Formación

• At least 16 years of age (18+ preferred).
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.
• Florida ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments accurately.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas front, back, and drive-thru.
• Stock supplies and complete opening or closing tasks.
• Always follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support teammates to keep service quick, accurate, and friendly.
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
