Job summary

Salem’s Fresh Eats in St. Petersburg is hiring for all Pinellas County locations as a Crew Member. You’ll work across front and back of house to greet guests, assemble orders, and keep service fast and friendly.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age (18+ preferred).
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Basic math, reading, and verbal communication skills.
• Florida ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities
