Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares a variety of foods following recipes and presentation standards.
• Works in a fast-paced environment and multitasks to meet deadlines.
• Uses the Kitchen Display System (KDS) to manage orders and prioritize prep.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
• Keeps products rotated and stock levels at par.
• Communicates ticket times and any issues with management and servers.
• Completes prep work and stations setup; cleans station at end of shift.
• Ensures high-quality dishes are delivered to guests.
