• Follows safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Follows recipes to deliver high-quality products to guests.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Keeps prepared food flowing and communicates issues with manager/servers.
• Completes prep to stock and set up stations; cleans at shift end.
