Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Cook to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and prepare all food orders promptly according to recipes and guests' requests.

You will collaborate with the service team and expo to ensure orders meet guests' expectations, handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and follow safety and sanitation policies. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Able to read a Kitchen Display System comfortably.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of Ruby Tuesday recipes and safety policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods with diverse methods of prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
• Follow recipes to ensure high quality dishes.
• Communicate with service team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate KDS to manage orders and pace of service.
