José Andrés Group in Miami Beach seeks a Busser to keep the dining room polished and guest-ready. You’ll work with Servers, Hosts, and leadership to maintain tables, anticipate needs, and uphold our cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of restaurant experience in a Busser or similar role.
• Guest-first hospitality mindset and strong teamwork.
• Clear communication and fast-paced efficiency.
• Ability to learn floor plans, table numbers, and service standards.
• Reliable attendance with availability nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reset and sanitize tables to standard with correct place settings.
• Pre-bus tables to maintain flow.
• Clear and reset tables between parties promptly.
• Maintain clean dining room sections and service areas.
• Support water service and non-alcoholic beverages as directed.
• Assist servers to maintain tables during service.
• Restock side stations and polish glassware.
• Follow health codes and safety procedures.
