Qualifications

• 6+ months of restaurant experience in a Busser or similar role.
• Guest-first mindset with hospitality.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn floor plans, table numbers, service standards, and restaurant procedures quickly.
• Food Handler certification or ability to obtain one as required by local regulations.
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reset and sanitize tables to JAG standards with correct place settings and glassware.
• Pre-bus tables and clear between parties to support flow.
• Maintain clean dining room sections and service areas.
• Assist with water service and non-alcoholic beverages as directed.
• Support servers during high-volume periods and assist with sidework.
• Follow DOH/sanitation and safety protocols.
