Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, food prep, or BOH experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak event times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work station at all times.
• Assist with food prep, portioning, and staging for high-volume service.
• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with front and back of house team members to ensure timely food production.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required.
