MUSH, located in Utah, is seeking an Assembly Worker to join our operations team in West Valley City. The role focuses on packing, sorting, and preparing finished products for distribution, while performing basic quality checks during assembly.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced setting, able to multitask, and willing to learn. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. The position involves standing, lifting up to 50 lb, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Willingness to learn and perform duties with quality and timeliness.
• Ability to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate concerns.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently pack, sort, and organize finished product into boxes, crates, and pallets.
• Perform simple quality checks of the product while assembling.
• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area and equipment.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and contribute to process improvements.
