Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak warehouse activity in Provo, Utah. You will perform entry-level daily warehouse tasks on the production line, assist with kit assembly, and help pack and prepare shipments to meet rush orders.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, inspecting materials, maintaining a clean work area, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Basic organizational skills and ability to follow processes.
• Effective time management to complete tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry-level warehouse assembly tasks on production lines.
• Packs completed products and prepares shipments for order fulfillment.
• Inspects materials and finished goods for damage or defects and reports issues.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Demonstrates flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
