MUSH in Utah is seeking an Assembly Worker to ensure products are well packed, safe, and ready for distribution. You will assemble, pack, and perform simple quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include organizing finished goods, assisting with area cleaning, and identifying efficiency improvements. Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and handle allergens; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Formación

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work.
• Ability to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate concerns.
• Self starter with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, methodical and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Role Description

Assembly workers are a key part of an amazing team that ensures our product is well packed, safe, and ready to be distributed to stores around the country.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pack, sort, and organize finished product into boxes, crates, and pallets
• Perform simple quality checks of the product while assembling

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area, helping to ensure all supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and stored
• Self sufficient in looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of work
• Other duties as assigned

Tactical Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industry
• Willingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of work
