Job summary

Apak, Inc. in Racine, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assembler/Contract Packaging Worker. You'll be responsible for placing finished goods on pallets and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and possess strong teamwork and mathematical skills. The role may involve lifting up to 50 pounds and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Three to six months experience in a production facility preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all safety devices are functioning properly.
• Position packaging supplies at assigned workstation.
• Seal cartons and stack/palletize them correctly.
• Remove defective products and notify the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
