Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, price changes, signage, and fixture assembly. You will support other tasks and deliver legendary customer service while interacting with customers and team members.

Ideal candidates have retail/merchandising experience and are 18+. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs for in-store presentation.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers proactively.
