Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring Fast Hole EDM Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts in Mason, OH. Earn $20-$25 per hour starting, with on-the-job training and comprehensive benefits.

You will set up and run the Fast Hole EDM CNC, read prints, and ensure parts meet precise specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs. The role requires good mechanical aptitude, basic shop math, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical skills and shop math helpful.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet ITAR U.S. person requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Fast Hole EDM CNC machine to cut cooling holes for engine parts.
• Set up, load/unload parts, and communicate changes within a strict schedule.
• Read prints and inspect parts with precision gauges and measuring tools.
• Verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM.
• Maintain safe operations and adhere to QA procedures; document actions and logs.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Record production and quality data; participate in ongoing training.
