Location: Salisbury, NC

Marathon Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing team in Salisbury, NC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with overtime available.

Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-1:00am (No Sundays)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour (with potential increases based on experience)

What you’ll do:

• Follow the assigned schedule to meet production demands
• Set up CNC machinery according to established specifications
• Load and unload materials
• Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards
• Clean the production area and assigned equipment
• Notify a supervisor of any problems or concerns
• Complete assigned tasks and projects
• Support safety compliance and report safety issues
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned

What you bring:

• MUST have CNC machine operator experience
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions
• Comfort using and operating hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and awareness of your surroundings
• Ability to identify safety issues and equipment malfunctions
